📘 Student Policy & Training Guidelines

At Mahsel Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized training experiences. To ensure a balanced and respectful relationship between students and trainers, please take note of the following support and policy guidelines:

✦ Student Support Response Time

While we are always here to support your learning journey, please understand that responses to messages and queries may not be immediate.
Your trainer also manages other commitments and personal responsibilities, so replies may take up to 24–48 hours. We appreciate your patience and respect for healthy boundaries.

📌 Structured Training & Additional Practice

Our training sessions are carefully designed to be effective, structured, and beneficial. If you feel you need more practice time after completing the course, you may book an additional day of training for $950, subject to availability.

📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • It is your responsibility to manage and reschedule sessions 48 hours in advance if needed.

  • Same-day cancellations will result in a full session charge. You will need to rebook and repay for a new session if this occurs.

  • This policy is in place to respect our trainer’s time and preparation, which begins well in advance of your session.

    📌 Model Requirement for Certification

    To successfully complete your course and receive your certificate, each student must complete a minimum of two (2) live models per course to the trainer’s satisfaction.

    This ensures you are confident and fully competent in your practical skills before certification is awarded.

     

✦ ðŸ“Œ Private Training (Off-site)

  • If you request private training at a location outside Mahsel Academy, you will be responsible for covering the trainer’s travel and commuting expenses.

  • These costs must be arranged and agreed upon in advance.


📌 Non-Refundable Policy

  • All course are non-refundable.

  • Once a course is booked, we begin arrangements for your certificate, registration, and time allocation. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations.

  • Please ensure you are confident in your decision before booking.

These policies help us maintain fairness, consistency, and a respectful environment for all students and trainers. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
